Our client, a well-established boutique Labor & Employment firm in Washington, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to continue developing their practice while working closely with experienced attorneys on complex labor and employment matters.
Unlike many firms that primarily focus on non-union employment work, this firm is one of the few in Washington with a strong focus on labor law, providing attorneys with exposure to a unique and highly specialized practice area.

What You'll Do
- Handle a variety of labor and employment matters from inception through resolution
- Assist with employment litigation, investigations, and dispute resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and other litigation-related matters
- Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on complex labor issues
- Develop and expand knowledge within labor and employment law
- 5+ years of labor and employment law experience
- Strong litigation background preferred
- Experience with labor matters required, employment experience is a plus
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail
- Admission to the Washington State Bar
