YOUR BACKGROUND...
- Experience Attorney in Employment & Labor
- Driven to succeed, supportive team player, lifelong learner
- Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, New Jersey a plus
- Solid knowledge of key employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA-plus the ability to apply them in practical, real-world situations
