Labor & Employment Attorney

Overview

• Required experience includes prior employment litigation (preferably management-side), with employment counseling or in-house employment law experience preferred.
• The role involves extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
• The Labor & Employment Practice advises clients nationwide across all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, and training.
• Day-to-day work for this role includes drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
• The firm is also open to candidates with substantive litigation experience in other areas who demonstrate a strong interest in labor and employment law.
• This is a hybrid role.
