Duties

• Handle all phases of employment litigation, including witness interviews and court appearances.


• Represent clients in arbitrations, negotiations, and EEOC hearings.


• Draft and prepare legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.


• Conduct thorough legal research into statutes and case law.


• Advise clients on their rights and legal options.


• Develop and execute case strategies for favorable outcomes.


• Guide clients on best practices during pending matters.


• Stay current on federal and state employment law developments.


• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of employment law experience, including litigation.


• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.


• Active bar admission in Florida.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.


• Sharp critical thinking and negotiation skills.


• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Genuine commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.


• EducationBachelor's Degree (required).


• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school (required).
