A national full-service business law firm with 200 attorneys and locations across the United States is seeking a Labor & Employment associate for their Orlando office.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state counterpart litigation.
• Ideal candidates must be excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC and other federal and state agencies, knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible and able to pivot, and motivated to learn.
• Florida Bar Required.
