Mid-level Labor & Employment Associate - New York

Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the firm's Labor & Employment practice group in New York City.

Base pay range: $235,000.00/yr - $365,000.00/yr

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with general advice and counseling work including employment/separation/restrictive covenant agreements, wage/hour work (e.g., classifications, general compliance), leave of absence matters and policy review, as well as employment-related litigation.
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to the New York bar.
