Labor And Employment Attorney

We are working with a reputable full-service midsize firm in New York looking to add a midlevel labor & employment associate to their tight-knit team.

This role is perfect for an attorney who has at least three (3) years of experience doing a mix of litigation (preferably defense side) and counseling. Experience with both litigation and transactional work is required.

• Excellent role for someone looking for client-facing work, as this team is leaning staffed. This associate will be working to support the groups partners, and will work closely with other groups such as tax, corporate, and litigation.
• Work collaboratively with partners who are dedicated to mentorship and business development opportunities
• The firm clients are broad, and include start-ups, midsize companies, and large institutional companies across various industries. In addition to representing companies, they also represent individual executives.
• 1900 billable hour requirement which allows for a dedicated work-life balance.
