Labor & Employment Attorney — Management-Side (4 in, 1 remote)

CyberCoders, Inc. seeks an Associate Labor and Employment Attorney to join its management-side practice in New Jersey.

You will represent employers in litigation, advise on HR compliance, and conduct workplace investigations, handling Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and wage-hour matters. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, and supervise junior staff while collaborating with HR and in-house counsel to shape strategy and client guidance.
