Labor & Employment Attorney

Overview

• Experience is required in employment litigation, preferably on the management side, covering single plaintiff employment claims, PAGA, Wage & Hour, and FEHA matters.
• Role responsibilities include drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
• The position involves extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel, with an expectation of assuming a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law.
• Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred.
• Lewis Brisbois' Labor & Employment Practice represents clients in all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, and training throughout the United States.
• The firm is also interested in candidates with substantive litigation experience in any arena who possess a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law.
• This role is hybrid.
