Highly regarded national Labor & Employment litigation boutique seeks an associate with 3-8 years of strong litigation experience. Experience in Labor & Employment law preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable managing all phases of litigation, including drafting, and responding to pleadings and discovery, drafting, and arguing motions, taking, and defending depositions, and preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Preference for candidates who have experience handling single-plaintiff employment matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state laws.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
