A firm with a genuine national platform is hiring a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for its Houston office.
You'll get deep exposure to employment defense work, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and retaliation claims, EEOC and TWC matters, and workplace investigations, all backed by a national bench of specialists you can lean on.
The Houston office is led by a managing partner who is also Co-Chair of the firm's Diversity Committee. She's tried numerous cases to verdict, and is known for genuinely investing in where her attorneys want their careers to go, rather than assuming everyone wants the same path.
This role suits someone who wants the resources and reach of a national firm, without losing a personal connection to leadership.
- Active bar license in Texas (or able to waive in)
- 3+ years of labor and employment litigation experience (defense or plaintiff side considered)
- In-house counsel candidates with prior law firm experience will also be considered
