The practice has deep experience in wage and hour issues, class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment agreements, layoffs, and ERISA-related matters.The Los Angeles Labor & Employment team continues to grow and is seeking a talented associate with strong employment litigation experience to join its high-performing group.Key Responsibilities:Handle single-plaintiff matters involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claimsAssist with class actions and PAGA representative matters, particularly wage and hour disputesManage cases through all phases of litigation with increasing responsibilityConduct legal research and draft motionsTake and defend depositionsPerform complex fact investigations and analysisQualifications:2-4 years of employment litigation experienceStrong writing, research, and advocacy skillsAbility to take ownership of matters with minimal supervisionExperience handling California labor & employment claimsActive membership in the California BarApplication Requirements:ResumeCover letterLaw school transcriptWriting samplePlease note: This is an in-office position based in Los Angeles; remote candidates will not be considered.Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000.
