The ideal candidate will have:
- 5–7 years of management-side labor & employment experience
- Significant employment litigation experience in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies
- Strong experience counseling employers on a broad range of employment matters
- Familiarity with Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, OSHA, WARN, and applicable state laws
- Traditional management-side labor law experience is a plus
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Strong xhqgsiq interpersonal, communication, and client-management skills
