The Opportunity

Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Labor and Employment Associate with 2-7 years of Wage & Hour / Class Action Litigation experience for a position in its Seattle office. You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.

You Have

• 2-7 years of labor and employment experience, focusing for a substantial portion on wage and hour / class action litigation.
• The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
• Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills required.
• Admission to the Washington Bar or the ability to waive in (required).

Location and Salary

Seattle, WA 98104. Salary range for this role is $235,000 to $360,000. The salary will be based on relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
