Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist with vaginal delivery
• Circulate for C-section
• Support facility births/month 200–300
• High risk antepartum care
• Labor and delivery
• Perform sterile vaginal exams
• Scrub for C-section

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 12 months of role experience (some in the last 12 months); at least 10 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience
• Travel experience required
• Experience with Epic required
• California license required for submission
• Floating to additional units/locations may be required
• Local & travel allowed; candidates living within 50 miles of facility will be processed as local
• Flu vaccination required after submission (religious and medical declinations accepted)
• Pre-employment modules may be required; upload certifications/health documents to expedite onboarding

Required Credentials & Compliance

• All lab items required during onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract
• References: at least 2 references from last 3 years (manager/supervisor type)
• Proof of identification required
• Driver’s License/State ID: Government-issued photo ID
• Certifications: Advanced AWHONN FHM or C-EFM; NRP (8th Edition); BLS; ACLS may be included in certifications

Unit/Facility Details

• Parking: Hang-tag $10; Key-cards $35; parking at hospital $38 per pay period or $16 per pay period at St. Anne’s
• Shift & Scheduling: No on-call; Every other weekend
• Floating Requirements: Will float to postpartum if needed; all travelers may float between facilities within a state
