Labor&Delivery / Family Birth Center Registered Nurse (RN) – 13 Week Contract
Lake Regional Hospital | Osage Beach, Missouri
The RN provides nursing care for obstetric and postpartum patients while working collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to support safe and effective patient care.
Compensation
Up to $67 per hour blended equivalent based on a 40-hour work week
Contract Details
- 13-week L&D RN contracts
- 12 hr shifts
- Schedule determined by the facility
- Potential contract extensions based on facility needs
Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition and nursing care needs
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with vaginal deliveries and OB procedures
- Administer medications and treatments
- Document patient care and responses
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Provide patient and family education
Minimum Qualifications
- Active RN license (Missouri or compact state)
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred
Pre-Employment Requirements
Selected candidates must complete standard healthcare credentialing requirements which may include background screening, drug testing, TB screening, immunization verification, and facility health clearances.
