We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity maternal care team at a Level IV designated maternal facility . Key Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Texas RN license or multistate compact license
- BLS certification required
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Perform patient assessments, education, and care coordination
- Participate in discharge and transfer planning
- Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered outcomes
- Serve as a resource, mentor, or preceptor based on experience
- Adhere to the Texas Board of Nursing and regulatory standards
