Labeling Coordinator (temp)/ Document Control SpecialistVolt is immediately hiring a Document Control Specialist in Carpinteria, CA. As a Documentation Control Specialist, you will:Maintain and update document control logs, databases, and quality systems recordsCoordinate review, revision, and approval of SOPs, quality manuals, procedures and specificationsPrepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers and review documents for accuracy and completenessSupport creation and maintenance of regulatory filing documents and electronic document systemsMaintain documentation related to good manufacturing practices (GMP), good laboratory practices (GLP), and good clinical practices (GCP) procedure manuals and change authorizations in accordance with company policies and government regulationsProvide training on quality documentation tracking systems and processesThis is a full-time opportunity. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift:7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMThe ideal candidate will have:1 to 3 years of experience in document control, quality assurance, or regulated environmentsIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and ExcelHighschool diploma or GEDStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with Agile or product lifecycle/document management systems (preferred)This is a 100% onsite role in Carpinteria, CA.
