Labeling Attaching Machine OperatorABR Employment is seeking a skilled Labeling Attaching Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Mayville, WI. This position is ideally suited for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and hands-on machine operation experience in a production environment.Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $19.00/hourResponsibilities:Read and interpret work orders to verify setup specifications and ensure quality standards are metSet up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain label attaching equipmentInspect and pack products before sending them to shipping or the next departmentEnsure color-coded folders and labels are in proper sequenceProduce "re-make" labels using the computer systemRepair defective products as neededPerform routine and scheduled maintenance on machinesLoad and unload materials and finished products onto the equipmentPrint and apply packaging ID labels accuratelyMeet or exceed daily production and quality targetsAssist in training new operators as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 2 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing settingStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipmentGood hand-eye coordination and attention to detailKeen eye for color and accuracyComfortable using hand tools and basic computer programsAbility to read and interpret a ruler and written instructionsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
