For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform set-up and operate slitting equipment to produce product according to quality and productivity requirementsEnsure equipment runs in accordance with operational standardsPerform minor repairs and preventative maintenance as neededEnsure the correct raw materials are being processedMaintain a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe conditions and incidentsMake adjustment to machines during production by responding to problems found during visual inspectionQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDManufacturing experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsBasic math and computer skillsStrong communication, attention to detail, and teamworkMust comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance
