Labcorp: Specimen Accessioner/Medical Data Entry

Pride Health is hiring a Specimen Processor - Lab to support our client's healthcare team in Gaithersburg, MD. Schedule: 3rd shift Tuesday-Saturday 12am-8:30 am with a rotating Sunday Contract Length: 15 Week/s

Department is a production environment, with emphasis on productivity/quality standards and departmental completion times. Position requires data background with abilities to enter 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour. Adheres to core values, safety and compliance policies and procedures. Basic understanding of computers with preferred knowledge of laboratory testing and/or laboratory specimen processing.

Work Experience: No experience required, but previous laboratory experience preferred. Medical background preferred, including medical terminology applicable to a clinical laboratory. Previous hospital laboratory experience is a plus but not required.
