Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine analytical and microbiology testing in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct environmental monitoring, endotoxin, bioburden, raw material, in-process and finished product testing
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data and prepare laboratory reports
- Ensure all laboratory documentation, logbooks, and records are completed accurately and on time
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality-related issues with cross-functional teams
- Investigate and document non-conformances and out-of-specification (OOS) results
- Perform equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, calibration, and verification
- Support equipment qualification and requalification activities, including documentation
- Ensure all materials and equipment meet required standards prior to use
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental requirements and elevate any concerns
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain compliance in all work activities
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Science, Life Science or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment
- Experience in analytical laboratory setup, equipment troubleshooting, and chemical analysis
