Lab Services Supervisor — Training & Compliance (2nd Shift)

Certified Group is seeking a Lab Services Supervisor in De Pere, WI. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee and deliver training, mentor laboratory staff, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, at least two years of analytical lab experience, and experience managing teams. Focus on operational excellence and safety in the lab is essential. The position is a 2nd shift role, from Sunday to Thursday, 3 PM to 12 AM.
