Phlebotomist

- Perform specimen collection and processing duties accurately and efficiently, adhering to best practices.

Required Skills
- Exceptional phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric blood draws.
- Ability to perform error-free work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in keyboard/data entry for specimen and patient data documentation.
Additional Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs.
