Support the formulation and optimization of water‑based adhesive products to meet performance and regulatory standards. Conduct lab testing, analyze adhesive properties, and ensure quality and functionality. Provide on‑site technical assistance, documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities
- Formulate and optimize water‑based adhesive products to meet performance and regulatory standards.
- Conduct lab testing and analyze adhesive properties to ensure quality and functionality.
- Perform quality control evaluations to maintain product consistency and reliability.
- Provide on‑site technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and application support.
- Document experimental methods, results, and insights in clear technical reports.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to align product development with operational goals.
- Uphold lab safety standards and stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends in adhesive chemistry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with polymer chemistry, adhesives, coatings, or related materials is a plus.
- Familiarity with lab instruments (e.g., viscometers, spectrometers, tensile testers) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast‑paced settings; holds a valid driver’s license and passport for potential travel.
