We provide complimentary shuttle service from Brooklyn and Newark, NJ.About the RoleOsmo is seeking a Compounder to accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials and essential oils according to formulas and batch sheets in our sample lab. This is a craft, not just a process: precision, real understanding of raw material characteristics, and developing sensory judgment are what separate a successful sample lab compounder from someone just following steps.What You'll Do:Fragrance Compounding — Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials and essential oils according to formulas and batch sheetsVerify Materials & Formulas — Check materials against specifications and batch sheets before use, and flag discrepancies before they become a downstream problemEquipment Operation & Maintenance — Operate and clean mixing tanks, scales, pumps, and other production equipment while following SOPsSafety & Compliance — Follow all company safety protocols, including hazardous material handling and PPEInventory Management — Assist in monitoring raw material stock levels using Osmo's inventory system, and notify supervisors of shortagesCollaboration — Work closely with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency and efficiencyWho You Are:2-5 years of hands-on sample lab compounding experience within fragrance or flavor manufacturingExtreme attention to detail and accuracy measuring, weighing, and blending raw materialsAble to follow written formulas and instructions preciselyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAble to work in a fast-paced production environmentAble to lift 25 lbsWays to Stand Out:Understand the order of addition for certain raw materials and the reasons behind itAbility to distinguish fragrance notesPrior experience with inventory or production tracking systems, or material-handling equipment certification (e.g.
