Lab Accreditation Field Director: Strategic Oversight

The Joint Commission is seeking a Field Director for accreditation operations responsible for the day-to-day oversight of JC survey processes and field representatives. This role supports safer, higher quality, and equitable care across healthcare organizations, with a focus on Lab CADR accreditation where pathologists are preferred.

The candidate will lead planning, budgeting, staff hiring and training, and act as a key SME for CMS and JC standards.
