Our client, a full-service boutique law firm in Chicago, is actively seeking a litigation/employment attorney to join its practice as an associate. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all facets of employment law, including defending employers in federal and state courts and before the EEOC and other administrative bodies
• Manage a broad spectrum of employment and commercial litigation matters
• Provide strategic, day-to-day employment counseling to clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of employment and commercial litigation experience, as well as employment counseling
