We are seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment (L&E) Attorney to join our legal team. As an L&E Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of labor and employment law matters for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on various labor and employment issues
- Review and draft employment-related agreements
- Represent clients in labor and employment litigation
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws
- Advise on workplace policies and procedures
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
