Purpose of Job
- Design and deliver global and local learning and development programs and manage learning systems and platforms to improve individual, team, and organizational performance that supports Sasol’s International Chemicals business plan.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the delivery of key Learning and Development initiatives (e.g. Operator, Maintenance and SHE training and qualification programs, Leadership Development Programs, Instructional Design, Learning Management System Administration, Curriculum Development, Training Plans, New Hire Onboarding Programs, etc.)
- Support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development products and services
- Utilize Instructional Systems Design techniques and Adult Learning Theory in the development of learning programs and projects (Instructional Design Specialists)
- Support the identification and development of skills, knowledge, and abilities for the organization
- Conduct learning needs assessments and analysis
- Assist in the development of organizational policies and procedures
