KYC Client Onboarding Specialist

To support client onboarding initiatives, the full-time KYC Client Onboarding Specialist will verify client data attributes, ensure compliance with KYC and AML policies, and manage documentation processes onsite in New York. Key responsibilities: Obtain and verify client data using authorized validation sources and ensure accuracy per policy guidelines Perform data analysis and create reports related to process volumes, risk, and quality Collaborate with various business units to collect necessary documentation for the CIP process and address any issues Required qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in KYC and AML compliance within a U.S. banking environment Strong understanding of the client onboarding process and relevant documentation for KYC/AML Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Solid knowledge of financial products across business lines Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with team members
