You will do this by...Retail ActivationsWork with store decision makers to secure secondary product display placement in hot zone locations and/or secure off shelf placement of Kuju Coffee Products.Ongoing auditing of all in-store retailer specific activity such as ensuring proper promotional pricing, evaluating Kuju Coffee product set for any missing SKUs and work with Store Managers to close voids, and identify any out of stocks, working with Store Managers to either pull stock from back or prompt reorderTrack all activity and consumer insights/feedback using approved mobile reporting tool during store visitsCoordinate in–store demos with store managers or demo coordinators.Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving in-store salesRepresent all Kuju Coffee product lines across the entire portfolioBuild & Maintain RelationshipsSeed and develop new relationships with in-store staff and market influencers, ultimately leading to increased brand visibilityCommunicate success stories, key learnings, and other activities to Kuju HQ via reporting and other communications platformsYou Are…• High-integrity, down to earth, fun and have a "work hard, play hard" mentality.
