Improve workflow efficiency by designing and implementing optimized processes. Lead and support training programs for warehouse and operations staff. Monitor operational performance and execute initiatives for cost control and revenue improvement.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field Bilingual in English and Korean 1–3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or B2B/B2C operations (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency Willingness to travel within the U.S.
