At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone.The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and executing IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI, RPA, and information security, while supporting business operations through system development, integration, and IT planning.This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages.Korean bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure accurate understanding of business and operational requirements.Responsibilities:Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational prioritiesLead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategyAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teamsIdentify opportunities for AI and RPA to improve service processes and operational efficiencyLead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutionsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiativesManage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third-party systemsEnsure stable operation and scalability of integrated systemsOversee system testing, deployment, and post implementation supportEstablish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practicesManage access control, data protection, and security risk assessmentsCoordinate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams as neededSupport IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processesManage IT vendors, contracts, and service performanceDevelop and maintain IT documentation, standards, and proceduresEducation / Experience:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's (MBA, MIS, or similar) preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, AI/RPA) strongly preferred7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading enterprise-wide initiativesProven experience developing and executing IT strategy, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with business goalsHands-on leadership of AI and/or RPA initiatives from design through deployment and optimizationStrong background in system development, integration, and full lifecycle management (ERP and enterprise platforms)Experience with information security, risk management, compliance, and IT governanceDemonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and service performanceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teamsBilingual Korean/English is requiredRecruiting Range: $106,000 - $113,000 USDBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.Performance based Short-Term Incentives (varies by role).Access to confidential mental health resources to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life.
