This role requires a deep understanding of military operations, personnel management, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. Comprehensive knowledge of knowledge management requirements determination, program allocation, and control. The applicant must have experience utilizing knowledge management systems to analyze and modify the Unit Knowledge Document and must have experience interfacing with civilian personnel functions regarding the impact of knowledge changes on position classification, recruitment, and other HR areas. Knowledge of the links between knowledge management and civilian personnel management, including how changes in the Unit Knowledge Document affect position classification, organizational structure, and other human resources processes. Knowledge of knowledge management systems, such as the Knowledge Programming and Execution System (KPES), and the ability to analyze data to produce reports and advise leadership.Work Environment:Location: On-siteTravel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%Working Hours: StandardQualifications:Required:Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered for the positionBachelor's degreeFour (4) years of knowledge/content managementFour (4) years of experience administrative experience in at least two (2) of the following areas:Administrative Support: Expertise in executive customer service, administrative support, scheduling, project management, relationship building, and communication.Content Management: Expertise in content creation/curation, strategic writing/communication, copy writing, marketing, and DoW access control.Knowledge Management: Expertise in change management, data analysis/management, large-scale content curation/management, and DOD business/content processes.
Additionally, candidate must have demonstrated expertise in SQL.Desired:TS/SCI ClearanceScheduled Weekly Hours: 40hrsBasic Compensation: The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. VA Compensation is $121K-$128K.Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
