Seeking a Knowledge Management Consultant to drive content governance, documentation readiness, training adoption, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This role will partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve documentation quality, repository governance, operational readiness, and organizational knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge management roadmaps, taxonomy standards, content governance, and content lifecycle processes.
- Revise, launch, and track completion of documentation and content management training programs.
- Drive completion of documentation action plans, runbook migration efforts, and operational readiness activities.
- Assess knowledge repositories and recommend governance, organization, retention, and content management best practices.
- Lead the migration, maintenance, and standardization of operational, disaster recovery, and system documentation.
- Establish and mature Communities of Practice to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support enterprise knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Strategy, Organizational Enablement, or related consulting roles.
- Experience developing content roadmaps, governance frameworks, and documentation programs.
- Proven experience establishing or supporting Communities of Practice.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate with architects, developers, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Excellent technical writing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with enterprise content and knowledge management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale technology transformations or platform implementations.
- Familiarity with COBIT 2019, ITIL, or similar governance frameworks.
- Experience with operational readiness, training programs, and change management initiatives.
