Knowledge Management & Business Process Reengineering SpecialistWe are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Knowledge Management & Business Process Reengineering Specialist to support mission-critical operations in a fast-paced federal environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft 365 applications, knowledge management processes, and business process improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional capable of working independently and collaboratively while supporting program management, data operations, and organizational efficiency efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dataverse environments and data tables.Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, workflows, and documentation standards.Support business process reengineering initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.Analyze current processes and recommend automation or process improvement opportunities.Create, update, and maintain technical and administrative documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations.Coordinate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.Provide support for SharePoint Online, Teams collaboration sites, and other Microsoft 365 tools.Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program management and organizational objectives.Deliver professional written and verbal communications with government personnel and stakeholders.Required QualificationsActive SECRET or Interim SECRET U.S.
