Kitchen Utility WorkerThe Kitchen Utility Worker plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe and organized dining environment. This position supports kitchen and dining operations by ensuring proper sanitation, equipment care and food storage standards are consistently upheld.What You'll Do:Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing areasOperate dish machines and ensure proper sanitation proceduresWash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils and glasswareComplete and maintain temperature, sanitation and equipment logsClean kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, mixers and refrigeratorsPerform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal and sanitizing surfacesAssist with food prep and plating as neededSupport proper storage, labeling and rotation of food and supplies (FIFO)Maintain safe storage of cleaning chemicals and suppliesAssist in dining room cleaning, table resetting and light meal service when assignedFollow all OSHA, food safety and Sunrise safety standardsKitchen Utility Worker – Help Keep Our Kitchen Clean, Safe and Running SmoothlyPay Range: 11.85 - 14.81Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
