What You'll Do!
As Kitchen Manager, you'll lead all back-of-house operations while coaching and developing a

3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain strong teams.
Strong understanding of labor management, food costs, inventory controls, and financial
accountability.
Experience leading through systems, standards, and accountability.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
A hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and leads from the front.
