About the Role
As Kitchen Manager/Chef, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 employees and ensuring the flawless execution of a preset menu. Your key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and inspiring the kitchen team to perform at their best.
Overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation.
Maintaining rigorous standards in cost control and inventory management.
Collaborating with other departments to support the venue’s events and overall guest experience.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive package, including:
Salary: $75,000 range
Work Schedule: Five-day workweek
