Doubles has spent four years building a following in Amagansett, with a second location in Sag Harbor. Brooklyn Heights is our flagship city location — and we're looking for a Kitchen Manager to run it.
We're hyper-focused on sourcing and serving the best possible product. Our recipe bibles are already written, our systems are proven, and a strong General Manager is already in place. You'd be walking into a kitchen set up for success — what we need is someone to hold the standard: a leader who thinks in par levels, prep lists, and schedules, and who takes pride in a kitchen that runs the same way on a Tuesday as it does on a Saturday.
What you'll own
- Hiring, onboarding, and managing the back-of-house team
- Building and holding the kitchen schedule
- All food ordering and vendor relationships — protecting the quality of what comes through the door
- Maintaining and refining our recipe standards; costing and optimization
- Corporate cheffing — contributing to menu development across the group
- Quality control, consistency, and health/safety compliance
Compensation & benefits
- $90,000–$130,000, based on experience

You should have
- 3+ years in a kitchen leadership role
- Strong organizational and administrative instincts
- Experience with ordering, scheduling, and cost control
- NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate (or ability to obtain)
