Our work directly impacts whether a kitchen can safely operate and pass inspection. We run structured night operations with defined processes, heavy documentation, and high accountability.Role OverviewThis is a working leadership role.

The Foreman leads a two-person crew, works hands-on, and is accountable for job quality, safety, documentation, and outcomes.What You Will DoLead and work alongside a two-person night crewEnsure work meets company standards and NFPA 96 requirementsEnforce checklist compliance, safety protocols, and documentationConfirm job completeness before departureIdentify and document deficiencies or inaccessible areasTrain and coach technicians on proper methods and expectationsServe as the on-site decision-makerMaintain equipment condition and report discrepanciesDrive the company vehicle nightly to job sitesSchedule & HoursOvernight work onlyTypical check-in: 9:30–11:00 PMTypical check-out: 6:00–7:00 AMGuaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week during initial ramp-up, provided work is completed to standardOvertime is variable and not guaranteedCompletion to Standardmeans adherence to safety procedures, job checklists, and required documentation.Physical RequirementsPerform all physical tasks required of the technician roleClimb ladders, access rooftops, lift up to 50 lbsStand and work on feet for extended overnight shiftsQualificationsPrior hood cleaning, pressure washing, or similar trade experience strongly preferredPrevious crew leadership or lead technician experience requiredStrong organizational discipline and time managementClear written and verbal communicationValid driver's licenseMust pass a background checkCompensation & Benefits$23–$27/hour, based on experiencePaid Time OffForeman status is maintained through performance; failure to enforce standards may result in role reassessmentAdvancement opportunities tied to business growth and demonstrated leadership behaviors—not tenureJoin us in paving the way for excellence in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning services.
