Kitchen Director — Lead, Develop & Optimize Food Ops

Chick-fil-A Hillcrest Shopping Center in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Kitchen Director who leads the back-of-house with energy and a people-first approach. This hands-on role focuses on safe, high-quality food, a clean kitchen, and developing team members.

You will model our R.I.G.H.T. Values—Reliability, Integrity, Grit, Humility, Team—while managing inventory, food cost, scheduling, and equipment, and partnering with the Training Director to grow talent.
