Sales & Design Consultant

Bath Tune-Up — Northern New Jersey (Full-Time)

Bath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace, and we’re looking for career-minded professionals to join our team and help homeowners create extraordinary bathroom remodels. If you’re personable, eager to learn our products and process, and want a stable, well-paying career, we’ll give you the training and tools to succeed.

You’ll be backed by a respected local business and a national franchise system with over 33 years as a leader in the remodeling industry. Our work is steady year-round — no seasonality to worry about.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations and present remodeling solutions to homeowners (training provided).
• Prepare quotes and supporting materials to present to customers with the goal of closing the sale.
• Revise quotes and drawings as you assess each customer’s wants and needs.
• Stay in contact with customers throughout the project and monitor all related activity.
• Develop account-based relationships with interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.
• Work toward a target appointment-to-sale conversion rate of 35% or better.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, personable, and comfortable presenting in a customer’s home.
• High attention to detail.
• Computer and smartphone proficient.
• Highly motivated and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to commit to learning our products and processes (prior sales or design experience is a plus).
