Comptroller: Communications InternThe Stephanie Kifowit for Comptroller campaign is seeking a Communications Intern with a strong interest in gaining experience on a high-profile campaign for an extraordinarily qualified veteran running in a high-profile election. Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Content creationTake photos at campaign eventsTrack social media engagement and create reportsCreate copy for external communicationsWrite press releasesWork closely with campaign staff to reach campaign-wide communications goalsAid in the production of the Primary Election Night PartyOther responsibilities as assignedPay: $20 per hour at 10-15 hours per week, class credit also availableInterns are asked to commit 10-15 hours per week and the program will run until March 20th. Interns will work directly with the Campaign Manager. As such, interns hold key expectations of discretion and performance. Interns will also gain diverse exposure that provides them insight into the State of Illinois elected offices as well as high profile political campaigns in IL.
