Wellspring Church in Indio, CA is seeking a Kids Midweek Director to oversee safe, Christ-centered environments for children during midweek services. You will partner with the Early Childhood, Elementary Directors and Kids Pastor to support the Wellspring Kids Ministry.
You will recruit and coach volunteers, manage check-in/check-out, ensure spaces are clean and stocked, and coordinate lesson materials and events. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a heart for children.
