MCC is seeking a Kids/Family Ministry Coordinator to implement the discipleship framework for children and families, from birth through 6th grade. The role includes coordinating curriculum, planning family events, and managing volunteers and classroom logistics under the leadership of the Pastor of Discipleship.
The coordinator will recruit and train volunteers, ensure safe environments, and sustain a healthy volunteer culture.
