Key Position - Eastern Neighbourhood Communication Experts

We are particularly interested in expertswith:

• Extensive experience in strategiccommunication, media, marketing, public diplomacy and/or publicinformation campaigns.
• Experience in EU-funded communicationprogrammes, ideally as a Team Leader, Key Expert or senior projectmanager.
• Strong professional experience in oneor more countries within either region.
• Experience managing communicationcampaigns and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, partners and experts.
• A good understanding of EUengagement, country-specific political contexts and media landscapes inthe relevant region.
• Experience working with EUDelegations, public institutions, civil society organisations, media andother communication multipliers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Region of interest:

• Eastern Neighbourhood: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine

**Experience in regional ormulti-country communication programmes would be a strong advantage.
