This role requires reliability, leadership, and attention to detail to uphold operational standards and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and close the car wash facility following established proceduresAct as Manager on Duty in absence of a managerSecure POS, equipment, and property during shiftsProvide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concernsAssist with training and motivating team membersEnsure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptlyMonitor workflow to maintain efficiency and minimize customer wait timesEnforce company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standardsStep in to perform team duties as needed during busy periodsBe willing to perform additional duties as requiredWhat We're Looking ForApplicants must be 18 years or olderApplicants must have a valid driver's licenseStrong communication and leadership skillsReliable, coachable, and eager to learnComfortable working outdoors and on your feetWork EnvironmentOutdoor, active role in all weather conditionsFrequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.Perks and IncentivesEmployee Discounts start right away!Employee Referrals - Earn up to $200 per referral!
