Kettle OperatorWe are looking for a reliable Kettle Operator to join our production team.
Responsibilities include operating industrial kettles and production equipment, measuring and adding ingredients according to recipes, monitoring cooking temperatures and mixing times, completing production and quality records, inspecting equipment and reporting any issues, following food safety, GMP, and company safety procedures, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas, assisting with production changeovers as needed, working with the production team to meet daily goals, and performing other duties as assigned.Requirements include a high school diploma or GED preferred, previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, ability to read and follow recipes and work instructions, basic math skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and with a team, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ability to stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift, and being comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment.
